Meet the twoday Board

Chair of the Board

Bill Theofilou joined our board in June 2023. Bill is a seasoned business services executive with 30+ years of experience building industry shaping companies. Most recently he built Accenture’s CEO Advisory Practice, leading 16,000 colleagues globally.

Previously, Bill was Founder and CEO of Axia, a global strategy and implementation consulting firm that was later acquired as part of the platform for Accenture Strategy. Bill also serves as Chairman of Akumin, on the boards of Dyania Health and Precision Medicine Group and is a mentor with Endeavor.

Christoffer has been a part of the twoday Board since twoday was established in 2022. Christoffer joined CVC in 2006 and is now Partner and member of the CVC Nordics team.

Prior to joining CVC, he worked at Warburg Pincus, Lazard Private Equity and Goldman Sachs. Christoffer is a graduate of the London School of Economics.

Thomas Eberle joined the board when twoday was established in 2022. He is a Managing Director at CVC. Thomas is a member of the CVC Technology team and is based in London.

Prior to joining CVC, he was with Charterhouse Capital Partners and the Gores Group. Thomas holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Lars Raunholt Eismark joined our board in May 2013. Lars has held several executive positions across industrials and advisory. Latest, Lars held the position as Global Practice Lead for A.T. Kearney.

Prior positions at A.T. Kearney includes Nordic Unit Lead and Member of European Executive Committee.

Christian Pedersen assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at twoday in March 2024.

Prior positions at Tietoevry Create and Evry as well as Board Positions has given Christian strong expertise in development, strategy, transformation, and global data engineering.
