For the next eight years, twoday's technologists will assist the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) in creating a digital foundation for the future.

The comprehensive agreement has an expected total value of more than 180 million euros over the next eight years, distributed between two vendors. The goal is to create solid user services, efficient case management and a digital foundation that takes care of future IT needs.
– At twoday, we're long-term digitization partners for our customers. This agreement is no exception. In addition to developing the established system solutions at UDI, we’re going to be innovative problem solvers in the modernization process, says Svendsen.
UDI: – Very happy with the decision
twoday will deliver on the scope of the agreement together with the consultancy company Bouvet as a subcontractor. The two companies have delivered several similar agreements together with great success in the past.
UDI is very satisfied with the choice of new digitization partners.

In the competition for the new contracts, it has been important for UDI to find partners with the ability to build and constantly improve the immigration administration's competence, capacity and culture for digitization, says Dag Anders Brunstad, Director of Digitization at UDI.
Important agreement in the coming years
