twoday ranked among the top five graduate jobs in Denmark
Denmark's largest career universe for graduate programs, Graduateships, has awarded twoday the distinguished 5th place on the list of best graduate jobs.
Together with students who have already graduated or are in the process of graduating, Graduateships has considered more than 70 Danish companies and 350 Graduate roles. This process landed twoday placement number five on the list of Denmark's best graduate jobs.
"Over the last 10 years, we have continuously worked to improve our Graduate program, so we are very proud of this great recognition. The merit must be attributed to my many colleagues who have put in a lot of effort every day, both to find the talent and to organize the process. At twoday, you get to be part of an inclusive organization where our employees can interact with like-minded colleagues and learn from each other across borders. This appeals to a lot of young people," says HR director of twoday Denmark, Niels Trolle Ørberg.
Head of People and Culture at twoday Denmark, Sabrina Andersen, describes the collaboration between managers, mentors, and HR, as fruitful.
"From my point of view, this is a recognition of all the work we have put into making it challenging and attractive to be part of one of Denmark's largest tech companies. I am very much looking forward to welcoming our Graduate team, beginning on September 1st. It is with great pride and joy that I can announce that in 2023, we will have a fifty-fifty gender distribution in the program. This is so important for the development of good tech solutions and for the dynamics of our organization."
