Following this, the focus shifts to preparation, building a strong foundation for swift and secure adoption with an emphasis on governance, security, and networking. Finally, you’ll learn how to transition from on-premises to the cloud, with a focus on migration, innovation, and process improvements.

In the first of four webinars, we will explore how to develop a clear and structured strategy with support from top management. The focus will be on understanding the company’s business goals, desired outcomes, and ways to justify these initiatives. Additionally, we’ll discuss how to prioritize projects to ensure the best results.

2: Plan

The second webinar focuses on securing internal organizational alignment and the necessary resources to drive successful IT projects. We’ll cover how to establish organizational alignment from the beginning and develop a plan for adopting cloud technologies.

3: Ready

This webinar focuses on building a strong foundation for a swift and secure adoption of cloud solutions. Participants will learn about governance structures, identity management, security, and network connectivity, all of which are essential elements for a successful implementation.

4: Adopt

The final webinar is about leaving behind the traditional on-premises mindset and embracing new technologies. The focus is on migration, where we will cover the initial workload migration, scenario expansion, and process improvements. Additionally, we’ll explore how to drive innovation through an innovation guide and process optimization.
