Technology is shaping the future, and that future must be built by teams that reflect the world around us. Otherwise, we risk creating digital solutions that only benefit part of society. At twoday, we strive to foster an environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered—regardless of gender, ethnicity, background, or identity.

 

Breaking barriers, creating opportunities

 

We know the tech industry still has gaps—especially for women and ethnic minorities in leadership and technical roles.

That’s why we are actively working to:

  • Achieve gender balance (49/49) across all roles, including leadership and technical roles.
  • Ensure at least the same share of female leaders as female employees on all levels of leadership.
  • Ensure diversity in ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, neurodiversity, and other underrepresented identities across all areas of our workforce.
  • Close the opportunity gap through training, bias-free hiring, mentorship programs, and leadership pathways that uplift diverse talent.
