We know the tech industry still has gaps—especially for women and ethnic minorities in leadership and technical roles.
That’s why we are actively working to:
- Achieve gender balance (49/49) across all roles, including leadership and technical roles.
- Ensure at least the same share of female leaders as female employees on all levels of leadership.
- Ensure diversity in ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, neurodiversity, and other underrepresented identities across all areas of our workforce.
- Close the opportunity gap through training, bias-free hiring, mentorship programs, and leadership pathways that uplift diverse talent.

We will foster psychological safety, fair pay, and flexible policies that reflect the real needs of our people. Our commitment to inclusion will cover all our employees, fostering accessibility policies for disabilities, LGBTQ+ initiatives, neurodiversity, and a growing focus on intersectional diversity—recognizing how overlapping identities, shape individual experiences.
