Ulricehamn municipality procured a system to provide full support for and facilitate the work with case management, document management, case officer support, and meeting administration.

Purpose

The purpose of a central registry and case management system is to establish a high-quality, user-friendly process for case management that enhances transparency for residents through a public registry. The municipality also seeks support for various roles within the municipality, including case officers, managers, registrars, committee secretaries, and archivists.

The administrative processes in the municipality are constantly evolving, and they believe in using the right system for different purposes. With this approach, it is important for them that the system has open and standardized APIs for the exchange of information between different systems, a requirement that Ciceron fulfills.

The solution

twoday has, in project form, implemented Ciceron Document and Case. The Document and Case Management System will serve as the municipality's central registry and case management system for the Municipal Board and the Individual Committee.

The system is intended to contribute to and facilitate the development of Ulricehamn Municipality's administration of the registry and committee administration.

The project proceeded according to the schedule, made possible by excellent collaboration. Within the project, several training sessions were conducted with very good results.
